General Policies

To ensure that you are comfortable with each stay, we ask you to follow our simple policies. Check-in is allowed after 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Housekeeping hours are from 9 AM till 2 PM.

Our rate is based on 2 people staying in the room. There is a $15.00 charge for each additional person.

Positively no smoking is allowed inside the Inn. A $250.00 charge will be added to a guest’s credit card for violations.

Any damages to or items removed from the Inn will be charged to the room holders’ credit card.

Any items left in the room by a guest can be returned by mail with a charge to the room holders’ credit card.

Pets are not allowed anywhere at the Inn at anytime; with the exception of seeing-eye-dogs for our visually impaired guests.

If you are reserving a room for another guest, please use this Credit Card Authorization provided. We can also email you a copy as well.

All future reservations can be made the first day of the month, one year in advance. Our peak weekends are; Graduation, Homecoming and Family Weekend for the area colleges. These reservations have a 2 night minimum and must be paid at time of booking with a 30 day cancellation notice.

Wedding Block Policy

Congratulations and thank you for your interest in wanting your guests to stay with us here at Selinsgrove Inn! To ensure that all of your guests comforts our policies for blocking off rooms are as follows:
Once you have decided your date(s) that you would like blocked, we will keep your rooms on hold until one month prior to your date. After that point we will release them. You may call in at any point to see how your block is filling or if you have any questions or concerns.
As your guests call in to reserve their rooms, they should let us know that they are here for your wedding. Each guest will need a credit card to hold their room and we will send them a confirmation email once their room is reserved. If anyone would like to pay for another guests room, they will have to sign a credit card authorization form. This insures that no one is charged for rooms they were not aware of.
Our rates are based off of up to 2 people in a room. There is a $15 charge for any extra adult in the room. The rate for our small room is 139 (just a queen bed, we have 2 like this), a standard room is 159 (16, 5 are divided), and a jacuzzi room is 189(6 of these). Each room has
Checkin time is 2 pm and checkout is at 11 AM.  Keep in mind that we understand that many weddings have an early start, however our checkout times still remains for our previous guests. If you or your guests would like to ensure their room is ready for them,  it may be more ideal to reserve the room for 2 nights to better enjoy your stay. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy and we do not charge until check in. The whole Inn is smoke free, however there are places to smoke outside. Our housekeeping hours are from 9-2, or we do have “do not disturb" signs that can be used if you would prefer.
Note that if you choose to place welcome bags in the rooms, please have them here before your guests arrive and our staff can place them in the rooms for you. If you or one of your family members would like to decorate the bridal suite, we just ask you let us know ahead of time, otherwise it is usually not a problem to get into the room.
If there is any other information that you would like our staff to know to better accommodate your weekend, please let us know. We find it to be helpful to have any information with the staff in case you have particulars with your events. If you have a shuttle service that you are using, those times are also nice to have available as well.

Our main purpose in collecting your personal information is to provide you with a streamlined experience in making reservations at Selinsgrove Inn. We only collect information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this. Personally identifiable information is only obtained when making a reservation. All identifiable information provided will not be disclosed to anyone unless we are specifically requested to do so. Selinsgrove Inn does not give or sell to anyone any information we collect on our site.

We sometimes use data collection devices such as “cookies" on certain pages of the Site to measure effectiveness and safety. A “cookie" is a small file that gets placed on your harddrive that helps us provide our services. You are free to decline cookies if you choose too.


At Selinsgrove Inn, we take security seriously. When users make a reservation we use every precaution to safe guard it online and offline.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
